These terms apply to your use of Finance App, operated by Yellow Pipeline SRL (Romania). By creating an account or using Finance App, you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service

Finance App helps you track your accounts, transactions, categories and budgets. It is a record-keeping tool: it is not a bank, doesn't hold or move money, and doesn't give financial, tax or investment advice.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Finance App for you. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law or use the service for fraud;
• try to access other users' data or our systems;
• overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or get around its limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Finance App available and accurate, but we may change, pause or stop features. If we introduce paid features, we'll show the price before you're charged. Calculations and imported data depend on what you enter, so check figures that matter before relying on them.

Liability

Finance App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on the data shown. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

Changes and contact
